Synopsys is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer to join its Ansys Customer Excellence team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with senior engineers to develop, implement, and maintain software solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Test, document, and review new software modules and ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Identify and report system or infrastructure issues, ensuring timely resolution through proper coordination.
  • Support the integration of secure and compliant systems by collaborating with cybersecurity teams.
  • Manage technical defect tickets and monitor progress until closure.
  • Stay updated with new technologies and best practices to continuously improve technical expertise.
  • Assist with strategic initiatives and process enhancements that improve overall team efficiency.


Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
  • Solid understanding of front-end web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Basic knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony) and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git and debugging utilities such as Chrome Inspector.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, data management, and RESTful APIs (JSON/XML).
  • Exposure to Linux environments, AWS cloud, Docker containers, and WordPress development.
