Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AEP-based analytics solutions to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage the integration of Adobe Journey Optimizer for efficient customer experience delivery.
- Support AEP RTCDP initiatives to enable data-driven marketing and personalization.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to align project goals with client needs.
- Review code, troubleshoot issues, and guide team members with technical best practices.
- Monitor performance, generate analytics reports, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure process consistency.
- Stay current with emerging trends in digital experience and customer journey optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in AEP Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and AEP RTCDP.
- Proven success in leading technical projects from concept to execution.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with program management and change management practices.
- Proficiency in code review, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
