What You’ll Do
- Design and implement zero-downtime solutions to achieve exceptional service availability (99.999%).
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery strategies across globally distributed data centers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including performance bottlenecks and functional challenges.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams, vendors, and engineering partners to enhance security and service reliability.
- Administer monitoring tools and infrastructure, providing support for system outages and backend services.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and configurations.
- Participate in on-call rotations and manage incident response, including occasional after-hours or weekend work for deployments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your region, addressing program inquiries and driving process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and their integration into development workflows.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Groovy.
- Hands-on experience with configuration and deployment management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Jenkins.
- Expertise in containerization technologies like Kubernetes, AWS EKS, and Docker.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset, creativity, and a passion for learning.
Salary Range
The expected salary range for this position is $87,600 to $186,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location.
