Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Craft high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate & Integrate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and ensure solutions are seamlessly integrated and aligned with business goals.
- Ensure Quality: Participate in code reviews, champion code quality, and implement effective unit testing to ensure reliability.
- Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to our technology communities, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Champion Security: Adhere to secure coding practices to protect sensitive data and deliver robust software.
Skills and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining automation solutions using technologies like ASP.Net, C#, SQL/NoSQL, and Python.
- Hands-on expertise in building and deploying applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and IIS on Windows environments.
- A solid understanding of one of the major cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK stack, Datadog, Splunk) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Grafana).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong communication skills.
- A collaborative spirit and experience working in Agile environments.
- Developing automation with PowerShell, Power Platforms, GitLab, or Azure.
- Implementing comprehensive observability and monitoring solutions.
- Applying CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) best practices.
- A strong grasp of ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
- Using Jira or similar ticketing systems.
- A basic understanding of Generative AI tools, data analytics, or Machine Learning.
