Responsibilities
As a core Individual Contributor, you will take ownership of end-to-end development. Your main focus will be translating complex business problems in the travel domain into intelligent, autonomous solutions.
- Build Autonomous Agents: You will design and implement agentic workflows using cutting-edge frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, and CrewAI.
- Production Focus: You won’t just build prototypes. You will own at least two major AI use cases from the design phase all the way to production deployment.
- Backend Engineering: You will develop robust Python-based microservices (using FastAPI or Django) and expose RESTFul/GraphQL APIs for internal and external use.
- Cloud Architecture: You will deploy and maintain these workflows on AWS, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and efficient.
Who We Are Looking For
- You have a strong command of Python and software engineering best practices.
- You understand how to deconstruct a messy problem and turn it into a clean, actionable AI workflow.
Must-Have Technical Skills
- Gen AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience building applications with LangGraph, LangChain, and CrewAI.
- Core Development: Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, or Django.
- AWS Expertise: Experience with Lambda, API Gateway, S3, ECS, and DynamoDB.
- System Design: A solid understanding of multithreading, I/O operations, and scalability patterns.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Big Data technologies (Snowflake, Spark, Kafka, Hadoop).
- AWS Certification.
- Familiarity with data management processes on the cloud.
