Role Overview
As an AI Operations Engineer at Reap, you will work closely with the founder to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation to make business processes faster, smarter, and more efficient. This hands-on role combines engineering, operational hacking, and AI experimentation to build automations that support the company's day-to-day operations and help scale the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deploy AI-powered automations and internal tools that save significant team time.
- Collaborate directly with leadership to brainstorm, prototype, and implement AI-driven workflows.
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and iteratively improve system reliability.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience or an equivalent record of building effective automation solutions.
- Proficiency in AI automation tools and strong coding skills in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
- Passion for experimenting with new AI advancements and applying them to practical problems.
- Fast learner with a proactive approach to testing and launching AI innovations.
- Strong communicator comfortable working in a remote and collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating AI into products or internal dashboards.
- Portfolio or examples of previous AI or automation projects.
