About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with strong skills in React.js and Redux to design, build, and maintain large-scale single-page web applications. In this fully remote role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance front-end components using React.js and TypeScript.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and developers to create responsive and user-friendly web applications.
- Manage complex state efficiently in large-scale single-page applications using Redux 4.x.
- Participate actively in Agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Debug and solve performance issues promptly, while continuously improving the codebase.
- Refactor code and adopt new technologies and testing approaches to enhance software quality.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 6 years of experience in front-end development.
- Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript programming languages.
- Extensive experience managing application state with Redux 4.x.
- Proven background working in Agile or Scaled Agile teams.
- Experience working with large single-page applications and handling complex state management.
- Knowledge of Node.js for server-side development is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Work EnvironmentThis position is fully remote with the requirement to work during Pacific Time zone hours, enabling collaboration with global teams.
