Responsibilities
- Leading frontend development teams using modern engineering practices like Test-Driven Development (TDD), pair programming, and continuous delivery.
- Designing robust solutions that meet client needs while considering scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Building adaptable and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js and related JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product owners to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Encouraging best practices in DevSecOps, accessibility, performance optimization, and UI design.
- Mentoring developers and fostering a culture of teamwork and growth.
Required Skills and Experience
- 9–12 years of experience in frontend or full-stack web development.
- Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, HTML, and CSS.
- Hands-on knowledge of design systems, micro frontends, and responsive design methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean methods, continuous delivery, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience leading technical teams and implementing scalable web architectures.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and modern web performance principles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
