Responsibilities
- Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable software products.
- Master Salesforce’s development culture, processes, and code base, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, UX experts, and performance engineers to build innovative features that customers will love while ensuring platform stability.
- Develop test strategies and automation frameworks; write unit and functional tests to improve code coverage and automation metrics.
- Analyze, design, and develop test cases; implement automated test suites to ensure product quality.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Experience or internship background in coding using languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, or C++.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of motivation.
- Familiarity with telemetry and metrics-driven operational excellence is a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent field with specialization in computer science.
- Graduating year 2025, with a minimum CGPA of 7.0 and no backlogs.
- Academic, professional, or internship experience in a professional coding environment.
Experience
- While this role targets fresh graduates, relevant internship or project experience in software engineering best practices, coding, testing, and collaborating in agile environments is highly valuable.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, automation testing, and software development lifecycle is beneficial.
