Overview
You will be a key player in the planning, design, and integration of new software and web applications. You'll apply your in-depth knowledge and skills to significant projects, often determining your own work priorities and acting as a technical resource and mentor for colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Plan and design new software and web applications, support applications under development, and customize current systems.
- Collaboration: Work with project stakeholders to define product and technical requirements and conduct analysis for integration needs.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance throughout the design process, present and defend architectural choices, and serve as a mentor for junior engineers.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure applications meet all specifications and technical requirements.
- Documentation: Research, write, and edit technical documentation, including software designs, test results, and formal recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate competitive applications, and review relevant literature to continually enhance solutions.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but extensive related professional experience or a combination of coursework and experience will also be considered.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of engineering methodologies, strong application of process design, and the ability to apply project management skills.
- Traits: You should be results-driven, adaptable, inventive, entrepreneurial, a team player, and an excellent problem-solver.
