Internship Highlights
Interns will join agile product teams and gain exposure to different parts of Agoda’s system—from website and app development to backend data and infrastructure management. You will:
- Participate in hypothesis-driven development projects.
- Work with large-scale data using Hadoop.
- Build and optimize interfaces using React, Redux, and TypeScript.
- Develop APIs using C# or Scala.
- Implement real-time system monitoring and A/B testing for product improvement.
Who Can Apply
Students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have basic knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, Swift, or Kotlin. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
- Understanding of modern frontend or mobile frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, or Flutter.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools, clean architecture, and test-driven development.
- A GitHub profile showing personal or open-source project work.
