Role Overview
As a Helpdesk Support Trainee, you will provide remote technical assistance to users across the globe through chat, phone, and email.
Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot issues related to different operating systems such as Windows, Chrome OS, Mac OS, and Linux, along with providing support for G Suite applications.
The role requires strong communication skills, customer empathy, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality customer support by resolving users’ technical problems remotely.
- Troubleshoot operating system and application-related issues using standard processes.
- Assist users with account access and configuration problems.Escalate complex cases to subject matter experts when necessary.
- Follow defined procedures while documenting all cases for consistency and accuracy.
- Stay updated with new tools, systems, and processes through training sessions.
- Suggest improvements by identifying recurring issues or unique challenges faced by users.
- Simplify technical solutions and explain them clearly to non-technical users.
Must-Have Skills
- Any degree with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 0–1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems and troubleshooting methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good multitasking, documentation skills, and a professional customer-handling approach.
- Adaptability to fast-changing technologies and priorities.
