Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for applications and production systems.
- Handle tickets, incidents, and system-related problems effectively.
- Monitor server jobs, ensuring data is accurate and processes run smoothly.
- Conduct daily checks to maintain system performance.
- Perform root cause analysis and share solutions with the team.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams on production issues.
- Document new learnings and procedures to improve knowledge sharing.
Desired Candidate
- Profile BE/BCA/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Experience with scripting languages.
- Exposure to incident management or system support roles is a plus.
