Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to detect patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Design and implement machine learning and AI models to address complex business problems.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and real-time analytics dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate data insights into impactful outcomes.
- Mentor team members in data science best practices, model design, and implementation techniques.
- Clearly present findings and models to both technical and non-technical stakeholders using reports and data visualizations.
- Uphold data quality, security, and consistency across all analytics processes.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance existing tools and systems for improved efficiency and performance.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 7 years of experience working with data analytics, particularly with large datasets.
- Strong command of Python and its data-related libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, seaborn).
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, regression, classification, clustering, and related techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale databases.
- Strong ability to grasp domain-specific concepts and apply analytics in that context.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a cross-functional, global environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to tackling challenges.
Preferred Skills :
- Expertise in handling massive datasets with in-depth exploratory data analysis.
- Familiarity with the architecture and challenges of cloud-based, low-latency streaming platforms.
- Background in C++ for performance tuning and system-level development.
- Knowledge of computer networking principles, especially WiFi technologies.
