As an Oracle EBS Technical Lead, you will be at the forefront of our technical delivery, responsible for overseeing development, customizations, and integrations within the Oracle EBS R12 environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, and Workflow.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows) components.
- Architect and manage Integrations, Extensions, Interfaces, and Conversions.
- Perform performance tuning, code optimization, and troubleshooting for scalable applications.
- Apply best practices in coding standards and solution design.
- Lead, mentor, and manage development teams, ensuring timely project deliverables.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed (offshore/onshore) teams.
- Provide accurate effort estimations, project planning, and task assignments.
- Support the resolution of escalated production issues.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across all project phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Extensive hands-on development experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
- Mastery of PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher.
- Strong implementation experience with RICEFW objects.
- Proven track record in building Integrations, Interfaces, and Conversions.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage project deliverables.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent skills in performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Domain Knowledge: Exposure to Oracle SCM and/or Finance modules is highly preferred
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or Fusion Technical concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project methodologies.
- A commitment to continuous learning and adopting new technologies.
