Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
- Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) tasks like user onboarding/offboarding and access reviews.
- Help manage Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
- Participate in basic cloud administration tasks on platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and related software issues.
- Troubleshoot common networking and hardware problems.
- Contribute to automation efforts and documentation within the team.
- Learn and adhere to IT security policies and best practices.
Skills and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (2024 or 2025 graduates preferred).
- Strong foundational knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, LAN) and Windows environments.
- Curiosity about cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding communication skills in English—both written and verbal.
- A positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges.
