Responsibilities
- Investigate front-end application issues by capturing relevant information, applying fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows.
- Use backend techniques to gather log files, query databases, update fields, and cycle servers as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, documenting notes, actions, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle.
- Prioritize work based on severity and balance client needs with business objectives.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate experts.
Basic Qualifications
Four years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field.Knowledge of SQL.Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of experience in application support, incident management, problem management, or change management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with colleagues across regions.
- Willingness to work different shifts and provide on-call support.
