Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases using appropriate test management tools
- Collaborate with domain experts to ensure technical and domain accuracy
- Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement proactive quality improvements
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance product quality
- Review technical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and clarity
- Contribute to team growth by coaching and mentoring less experienced analysts
Skills & Competencies
- Strong ability to use data, models, and tools to drive quality improvements
- Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks
- Knowledge of risk identification, prioritization, and mitigation strategies
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in software testing, QA, and the software development life cycle
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber for Java, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with IDEs such as IntelliJ or Eclipse
- Knowledge of AI-driven testing tools and frameworks for test case generation and defect prediction
- Understanding of machine learning and NLP techniques for test data creation and anomaly detection
Preferred
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
