Responsibilities
- Develop and scale Mercor's AI-powered hiring platform.
- Enhance AI interview processes and manage payout operations.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and build people search engines over huge data sets.
- Implement technical solutions using React, Next.js, Python, or Go, with both SQL and NoSQL database design.
- Work with cloud environments, primarily GCP or AWS.
- Adapt to working hours aligned with United States Pacific Time from India.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.
- Minimum 3 years software engineering experience.
- Strong coding and schema design skills in React, Next.js, Python, or Go.
