About the Role
Smartwork IT Services is looking for a skilled Salesforce FSM Lead to oversee and manage Salesforce Field Service Management (FSM) implementations. This is a remote contract position that involves both leadership and hands-on configuration in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of Salesforce Field Service Management projects.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to collect requirements and design efficient FSM workflows.
- Configure and customize key FSM features such as service territories, scheduling policies, service appointments, and the Salesforce mobile app.
- Connect Field Service Management with Salesforce Service Cloud and third-party systems using tools like MuleSoft.
- Create detailed project documentation including design specifications, configuration steps, and training materials.
- Offer ongoing support after deployment and suggest improvements for future enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and ensure timely project delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Salesforce administration or consulting, with at least 2–3 years focused on Field Service Management.
- Certified in Salesforce Field Service Consultant, Administrator, or Platform App Builder.
- Strong understanding of FSM concepts such as territory planning, scheduling optimization, and workforce management.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools like Flows and Process Builder; basic knowledge of Apex or Lightning components is a plus.
- Background in the healthcare domain preferred.
- Familiarity with integrations using MuleSoft or REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
