Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: You'll be hands-on in creating and enhancing our cloud-native applications, writing clean, reusable code that stands the test of time.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Actively participate in architectural discussions, bring fresh ideas to the table, and recommend improvements to our products, processes, and tools.
- Own the Delivery: Take features from concept to launch by analyzing requirements, implementing solutions, and ensuring quality through all phases of the agile development lifecycle.
- Ensure Excellence: Work closely with QA and business teams, proactively identifying risks and upholding high standards in code quality, unit testing, and system performance.
- Grow & Support: Maintain and support our applications while working both independently and as part of a collaborative, international team.
Skills and Experience
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on development experience with Java and its ecosystem.
- Strong Fundamentals: A solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Technical Skills: Practical experience with frameworks like SpringBoot and relational databases.
- A Team Player: The ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds across the globe.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as ReactJs or AngularJS.
- Familiarity with building RESTful APIs and services.
- Exposure to automation tools like Maven and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Gitlab/Github).
