Role Overview
In this role, you won't be a back-office number cruncher. You'll be a core strategic partner. You'll work alongside leaders in product, engineering, and operations, using your analytical skills to answer their toughest questions and shape our company's direction.
You will be the bridge between raw data and real-world action.
Responsibilities
- Uncover Insights: Go beyond the query. You'll analyze complex data to uncover the "why" behind business trends and product performance, presenting your findings in clear, compelling dashboards and memos.
- Solve Problems Proactively: Build models that diagnose root causes, like identifying patterns in sensor data that predict device failure before it happens.
- Collaborate to Win: Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical teams alike. You'll learn their goals and become their trusted advisor for all things data.
- Drive Product Excellence: Your exploratory analysis will help us understand our customers' experience and pinpoint where we can make our products even better.

- You have a knack for visualization, using tools like Tableau to make complex data understandable and actionable.
- You're a master of priority, confidently managing multiple projects and communicating your progress clearly.
- Most importantly, you're curious. You see a ambiguous business problem as a puzzle to be solved, and you have the communication skills to explain your solution to anyone.

- Proven success working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Experience handling massive datasets with tools like Spark or Hive.
