About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Java developer to join our international engineering team. This role is ideal for professionals who can take ownership of complex systems, design scalable architectures, and shape the best development practices from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust backend systems using Java and related technologies.
- Contribute to architectural planning for client-server and microservice-based systems.
- Apply design patterns and best coding practices to deliver clean, maintainable code.
- Collaborate closely with global teams on technical discussions and solution design.
- Support integration with databases and cloud platforms as required.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in software development.
- Strong command of Java (8 or newer) and frameworks such as Spring Boot or Spring Framework.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and ORM tools (Hibernate, JOOQ, or MyBatis), along with a good understanding of NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with system architecture principles, microservices, and object-oriented design.
- Comfortable communicating technical topics in English.
Preferred Skills
- Frontend experience with HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, or frameworks like React and Angular.
- Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, code review standards, and automated testing.
- Experience working in an Agile or SCRUM environment.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
