EMO Energy is a deep-tech startup based in Bengaluru that is building the future of electric mobility. They are creating a complete EV technology stack, ranging from high-performance battery systems to intelligent control electronics.
They are currently hiring for a Full-Stack Developer (Intern or Entry Level, 0–2 years experience). This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment where they can take ownership of projects. While the title is full-stack, the primary focus is on Front-End Development, with a secondary requirement to handle back-end integrations and system maintenance.

Responsibilities
As part of the engineering team, your daily duties will involve:
- Front-End Engineering: Designing and building responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern web technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js. You will ensure the UI is modular, reusable, and works seamlessly across all devices.
- Back-End Integration: Working with back-end frameworks (Express.js, Node.js, Python) to integrate APIs and ensure the front end communicates correctly with the server and databases.
- Performance Optimization: Ensuring that web applications load quickly and scale effectively.
- Troubleshooting: Debugging issues on both the client and server sides to identify root causes and implement fixes.
- Ownership: You will be expected to write clean, well-documented code and manage your own modules with minimal supervision.
- Tool Maintenance: Supporting the maintenance of internal tools, dashboards, and website features.
Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following technical skills:
- Core Web: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Frameworks: Tailwind CSS and at least one major JS framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Back-End: Basic knowledge of Python, Node.js, or Express.js.
- Databases: MySQL or MongoDB (understanding schemas).
- Tools: Git (Version Control).
- Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers and Interns are encouraged to apply).
- Technical Proficiency: You must have a strong command of front-end development and a working knowledge of RESTful API integration and database management.
- Work Style: You should be a self-starter who can work without constant guidance but also knows how to collaborate effectively within a team structure.
