Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy backend systems from the ground up.

- Identify system improvements and resolve performance issues in existing applications.
- Write thorough test cases to support future development and minimize errors.
- Develop ETL pipelines to collect and process data for analytics and reporting.
- Maintain clear documentation for code, architecture, and system updates.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
- Strong knowledge of Java, or experience with Elixir or Golang.
- Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of scalable system architectures and cloud-based debugging.
- Exposure to tools like Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Redis.
- Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, startup environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Good to Have
- Background in FinTech projects.Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, SNS, and SQS.
- Contribution to open-source projects.
- Experience building big data pipelines and BI reporting tools.
