Wipro, a leading global IT company, is conducting a walk-in recruitment drive for the role of IT Service Desk Analyst (Level 1) at its Pune office in Hinjewadi Phase 2.

Role : IT Service Desk Analyst (L1)


Experience : 0–2 years


Location : Plot No-31, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Phase 2, MIDC, Hinjewadi, Pune 


Shift : Rotational (5 days working, 2 days off)


Interview Time: Every Tuesday & Thursday, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle user queries and technical issues related to applications, systems, or networks through call, chat, email, or walk-ins.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Log tickets, document activities, and follow up within specified timelines.
  • Escalate critical issues that need immediate attention to higher-level teams.
  • Maintain professional communication and ensure timely updates to users.
  • Work effectively in a 24x7 shift environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in IT helpdesk or service desk (voice support).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.Basic understanding of ITIL concepts and incident management.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments, networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN), and remote support tools.
  • Ability to handle Microsoft applications such as Outlook, MS Office 365, and other business software.
  • Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
