Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to OS installation, LAN configuration, and desktop support.
  • Support applications and tools such as email configurations, printers, DNS, DHCP, and ADDS.
  • Record and track user issues using ticketing tools, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex problems when necessary.


Desired Skills

  • Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with BIOS, Outlook setup, and server support will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks methodically and provide clear guidance to end-users.


Candidate Requirements

  • Male graduates who completed their degree between 2017 and 2024.
  • Freshers with zero to one year of experience are welcome to apply.
