Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Troubleshoot problems related to OS installation, LAN configuration, and desktop support.
- Support applications and tools such as email configurations, printers, DNS, DHCP, and ADDS.
- Record and track user issues using ticketing tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex problems when necessary.
Desired Skills
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with BIOS, Outlook setup, and server support will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage tasks methodically and provide clear guidance to end-users.
