Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control & Assurance: Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures. Conduct inspections and tests, analyze results, and prepare reports to ensure that all products meet defined standards.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, suggest process improvements, and work on initiatives to minimize defects and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records and support audit processes by regulatory bodies.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate product gaps, defects, or failures; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to avoid recurrence.
- Supplier Quality Management: Assess supplier quality, perform audits, and work with vendors to maintain and improve supply chain reliability.
- Training & Development: Conduct training sessions and develop quality awareness programs for production teams to reinforce best practices.
- Quality Metrics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) using statistical tools to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated from the early stages of product development.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or a relevant technical field.
- 0–3 years of industry experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to quality assurance or control.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, statistical tools, and quality management frameworks.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
- Solid problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good communication, reporting, and collaboration skills.
