Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities such as job postings, resume sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases accurately.
- Provide support in employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Work with HR systems and tools, including exposure to GenAI-based platforms.
- Learn about performance management, payroll processes, and other HR operational functions.
Qualifications
- Recent graduates or final-year students from B.Sc., BCA, MCA, B.E., M.Tech, or similar programs.
- Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Technical know-how or interest in IT services and HR systems will be an added advantage.
