Key Responsibilities
- Understand software requirements, analyze technology stacks, and participate in formulating project plans.
- Develop and improve automation frameworks that can be reused across multiple business verticals.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure automation coverage for regression, performance, and acceptance testing.
- Implement automated solutions using tools and technologies like Selenium, Ansible Tower, Jenkins, Docker, and TestNG.
- Track issues, validate bug fixes, and document automation processes while ensuring industry and Wipro standards are met.
- Contribute to CI/CD practices and support smooth deployment processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, testers, developers, and clients for seamless project execution.
Required Skills
- Mandatory : Hands-on experience with Ansible Tower.
- Strong knowledge in automation frameworks, test planning, and test case design.
- Proficiency in tools and technologies such as Selenium WebDriver, Jenkins, Docker, and TestNG.
- Experience with Python, Java, or other programming languages for test automation.
- Understanding of manual and performance testing principles.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
