Summary 

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead and support all projects related to commercial applications and system integrations, particularly focusing on Passenger Service Systems (PSS). 


This role requires a strong grasp of airline operations, system interfaces, and third-party API integrations, ensuring seamless technology support to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of end-to-end integration projects and commercial system enhancements.
  • Work closely with business teams
  • Manage system upgrades and support version transitions by coordinating with internal departments and external partners.
  • Facilitate change management by assisting in new feature rollouts and ensuring stakeholder readiness.
  • Lead API integration initiatives independently, especially with third-party vendors.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to PSS and ensure delivery aligns with expectations.

Must-Have Skills

  • In-depth understanding of core Passenger Service Systems (PSS), ideally Navitaire.
  • Experience with Departure Control Systems (DCS) and Advance Passenger Information Systems such as APIS, APP, and PNRGOV.
  • Familiarity with airline messaging protocols
  • Knowledge of reservations, inventory, and ticketing systems.
  • Understanding of interline agreements, codeshare, and New Distribution Capability (NDC) standards.
  • Hands-on experience with Navitaire REST and SOAP APIs.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Programming knowledge in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Understanding of airline financial systems like BSP and IFG.


Educational Background

A postgraduate degree in Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, or related fields (MCA, B.Tech, BE).
