Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Java-based solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical designs.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to implement solutions and support testing phases.
- Provide L3 support, resolve incidents, and ensure smooth production operations.
- Adhere to the bank’s modernization strategy by delivering future-ready solutions.
- Actively participate in Agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement in engineering processes.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong Java development and solution design experience (5+ years).
- Expertise in Java Spring Boot, microservices, APIs (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML).
- Hands-on experience with Spring Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and DevOps tools (Git, Maven, TeamCity, Sonar).
- Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, BDD, TDD, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence for Agile team collaboration.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work as a proactive team player.
