Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Java-based solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical designs.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to implement solutions and support testing phases.
  • Provide L3 support, resolve incidents, and ensure smooth production operations.
  • Adhere to the bank’s modernization strategy by delivering future-ready solutions.
  • Actively participate in Agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement in engineering processes.


Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong Java development and solution design experience (5+ years).
  • Expertise in Java Spring Boot, microservices, APIs (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML).
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and DevOps tools (Git, Maven, TeamCity, Sonar).
  • Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native development.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, BDD, TDD, and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence for Agile team collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work as a proactive team player.
