Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate daily transactions to ensure process efficiency
- Handle and resolve technical escalations, or escalate further when needed
- Monitor team performance and support skill development through mentoring and training
- Analyze client issues, document trends, and propose proactive solutions
- Maintain compliance with service agreements and contractual obligations
- Conduct triage sessions and product training to bridge skill gaps
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all queries and resolutions
