Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tenders on government (GeM, eProcurement) and private platforms.
- Download and review tender documents, analyzing scope, terms, and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams to prepare accurate documentation.
- Prepare and submit tender forms
- EMDs, and other required documents.
- Track tender timelines, corrigendums, and submission status to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain records of all tender submissions
- Both in soft copies and hard copies.
Skills & Requirements
- Knowledge of billing and tender documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage timelines.
- Good communication skills for internal and external interactions.
- Familiarity with online tender portals like GeM, eProcurement, etc.
