Responsibilities
- Act as a technical expert, resolving complex customer issues and collaborating with the engineering team for advanced problem resolution.
- Engage in quality assurance activities, test new product functionalities, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
- Drive automation efforts to enhance support workflows and operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures, known issues, and customer solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—Product, QA, Engineering, and Customer Success—to deliver a seamless support experience.
Skills
- Strong technical background and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as AWS, SQL, Node.js, Python, GraphQL, and serverless platforms.
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like CloudWatch, Kibana, Sentry, or New Relic.
- Proficient in interpreting logs, scripting, and issue troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SaaS architectures, scalability, multi-tenancy, and performance optimization.
- Prior experience in QA or technical support roles, particularly involving enterprise-grade applications.
- Ability to test across the full stack—front-end, backend, and services—with a good understanding of test planning and regression testing.
- Experience with REST API integrations, especially with batch processing and rate limiting.
- Familiarity with documentation and code management tools such as GitHub and Docusaurus.
